4. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and branding on LynxChat.ai (including the AI bots, logos, and platform) are owned by LynxChat.ai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription. You may not remove or alter our branding from the chatbots.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LynxChat.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
